These terms govern your use of Studio by VirtuCore, a brand of Synergy Buyers LLC, and the services we provide through https://studio.virtucore.ai. By requesting our services or using our site, you agree to these terms.
Services
We offer three packages in general terms:
- Capture: on-site photo and video capture with professional editing and a private content library.
- Presence: everything in Capture plus ongoing social media management, scheduling, and calibration.
- Signature: a complete growth package including content, reputation management, website, automation, and ad management.
Specific scope, pricing, commitment, and deliverables are defined in a separate written service agreement.
Commitments and billing
Commitment periods and billing terms are governed by your signed service agreement. Any renewal, upgrade, or cancellation terms are detailed there.
Scheduling, on-site conduct, and cancellations
